Because our VIP centre is separated from the terminal, the hustle and bustle passes you by. In addition, our team will gladly take care of all the practical aspects of your journey. So you can relax or work and enjoy our high quality food and beverage offer. At contact moments we respect your personal space and keep a distance of 1.5 metres.
Our VIP centre is open every day from 06:00 to 23:00 and we are ready to welcome you. The familiar measures against COVID-19 apply to all facets of our VIP service. This means you can travel safely and comfortably without any worries.

Amsterdam Airport Schiphol has great transport links to Amsterdam and the rest of the Netherlands. You can easily take the train, catch a bus, rent a car or have someone collect you. If you’re heading to Amsterdam, we recommend buying an Amsterdam Travel Ticket.
Please put on your face mask if you are using public transport. It is also good to know that our taxis are cleaned thoroughly.

Schiphol Station is located directly below the airport. It only takes a couple of minutes to walk from Arrivals to Schiphol Plaza, where you can take the stairs, escalator or lift down to the platforms. It is mandatory to wear a face mask on the train.
Whatever your destination in the Netherlands, you can always reach it by bus. Buses leave from outside Schiphol Plaza, just a few minutes’ walk from Arrivals. It is mandatory to wear a face mask on the bus.
Whether you’re travelling alone or in a group, our taxi drivers will take you from door to door. There are taxis waiting at Schiphol Plaza. All you have to do is jump in!
The airport is easy to reach and offers excellent parking facilities. You can also rent a car. Book the vehicle of your choice online or at one of the car rental desks in Arrivals 3.
With your car2go subscription, you can now share an electric car for a quick and easy trip between Amsterdam and Schiphol. There are car2go parking spaces located at many places around Amsterdam, as well as in Schiphol’s World Trade Center car park.
