Who are we?

The International Patient Center (IPC) is the leading medical travel agent in the Netherlands. We offer a full-service support to overseas patients and referring physicians seeking a consultation, second opinion or medical treatment in the Netherlands. We assist international patients with travel arrangements, residence and access to Dutch healthcare providers. We work in an exclusive partnership with Erasmus Medical Center, Royal Schiphol Group and KLM Health Services. Our focus is on overseas patients with clinically complicated diagnoses and in search of highly complex and innovative treatments. Erasmus Medical Centre being the first and preferred affiliated hospital.

Information Collection and Use

While using our Site, we may ask you to provide us with certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you. Personally, identifiable information may include, but is not limited to your name, address and phone number (“Personal Information”). We shall use any Personal Information in accordance with these terms and conditions, and with any additional statements appearing on forms used to submitting your personal information.

Communications

By visiting our Site or by sending us an e-mail, you are knowingly and voluntarily consenting to receive electronic communications from us. We will communicate with you by e-mail.
We will not use your Personal Information to contact you with newsletters, marketing or promotional materials.

Email

If you submit an e-mail via our Site, we shall use your personal information to administer and respond to your e-mail. Your personal information will be securely shaved only for the period that is relevant to respond or finish your email request.

Enquiry Forms (Request an appointment and Refer your patient)

If you submit our Enquiry, we shall use your Personal Information to administer and respond to your Enquiry. Your Enquiry will be responded to by the appropriate team. If you have requested a medical review of your Personal Information, it be shared with the medical staff of the Erasmus Medical Center. The information you supply and the response we provide will be saved securely.

We may produce reports on the use of the Enquiry Forms to enable us to monitor and develop it. These reports will be based on anonymous data, individuals will not be identified in the reports.

Others

If you contact us regarding our Site we shall use your details to reply to you. We try to respond to all feedback where a valid email address is included. If you have a comment or complaint about other aspects of IPC services, we may use your details to investigate your input.
Our Site contains links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy of third parties that run other Sites. Please refer to their own privacy statement for more information.

This Log Data includes information such as the pages of our Site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and the amount of Enquiry forms that are filled in. We will not Log the content of the Enquiry forms or other Personal Information. In addition, we may use third party services such as Google Analytics that collect, monitor and analyze this Log Data.

The security of your Personal Information is important to us, but remember that no method is 100% secure. While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.We run our business withthe KPN Business Office 365 Cloud services.
